Depending on your state/country, different rules and regulations could be applied regarding electric scooters/bikes. Generally, our electric scooters are treated as normal bikes.

WHERE CAN I RIDE AN ELECTRIC SCOOTER?
DO I NEED A LICENSE TO RIDE AN ELECTRIC SCOOTER ON THE ROAD?
You will only need a license if your bike exceeds the specified limitations of the laws and regulations set in your state and/or country.
WHY SHOULD I RIDE ELECTRIC BIKES?
Our electric bikes have proven to be useful to our customers in many different aspects. They can be used as a daily tool for commuting, saving fuel, cutting transport costs and time. Some people enjoy recreational rides where they go out traveling all day without the aggravation of steep hills. On the other side, we have hardcore mountain bikers using electric bikes to beat up lifts. Generally, you can get a lot more done in a day and cover more ground on an electric scooter. With an e-bike, you get to do everything you're already doing, but faster and with more fun.
DOES IT MATTER IF THE ELECTRONICS GET WET?
Generally, the electronic items on all of our electric bikes are sealed units from the motor, to battery, to head unit, where occasionally there are deep puddles. Your e-bike is expected to be able to handle this without any issues. If possible, try not to completely submerge your e-bike.
WILL THE ELECTRIC BIKE ARRIVE ASSEMBLED?
Your bike will arrive 95% assembled (with any accessories you have added to the order, fitted to the e-bike) and will be delivered in a custom designed box. Someone needs to be available to sign for the parcel. The box is rather large. Our courier will help you carry it in, but they may not enter the property or carry up the stairs, for example. To fit the e-bikes into our special boxes we have to turn the handlebars 90 degrees. This is easy to re-adjust once you have unpacked your bike.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY ELECTRIC BIKE SERVICED?
All of the components are regular scooter components, so you can pick up spares (e.g inner tubes, tires, brake pads, etc.) from any good bike shop.
WHAT IS AN ELECTRIC BICYCLE OR E-BIKE?
It's a bike that runs on electricity, powered by an electrical motor that has a rechargeable battery.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF ELECTRIC SCOOTER?
Electric scooter have many advantages: they make hills flat, and flat surfaces like downhills. They'll get you there quicker, you can wear whatever you want and not sweat, you can carry more, you can ride further and faster and you'll have more control and confidence on the road. Our bikes are head-turners and conversation-starters. Every time you ride a Rumble, you'll have a big smile on your face. It's just a great, convenient and sustainable mode of transportation.
BATTERY
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECHARGE THE BATTERY?
Rumble Motors' electric scooters use lithium-ion battery packs. These packs recharge very quickly compared to others on the market. It takes about 3-5 hours to recharge to 100% from flat. In fact, the battery will charge approx. 80% in about 1.5 hours. The last 20% is set on a slower charging rate.
HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER MY BATTERY?
Generally, as long as you don't leave your battery completely empty for long periods of time, and you charge the battery up after each ride, it should be sufficient.
SHOULD I COMPLETELY DRAIN THE BATTERY BEFORE CHARGING?
On some cheaper bikes with different style cells, this is necessary. However, Rumble bikes feature high tech batteries, so this is not required. It is in fact best to always charge up your batteries after each ride, no matter how short. Even if you have only travelled 10 miles, just charge it up.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CHARGE THE BATTERY?
In general, it will cost $0.03 to $0.10 to charge an electric bike battery pack. This will depend on what your local electricity supplier charges.

WHEN DO I GET MY RUMBLE BIKE?
We have a 2 days handling time after we've received the payment. The shipping time is 3-4 weeks, depending on your location.
WARRANTY AND RETURN
We offer 1 year of warranty on all of our products.
We accept returns if the product is in a new condition and arrives back in the same steel frame that the bike came in.

SHIPPING?
We offer worldwide shipping, from one of our warehouses to your port of discharge.
Shipping cost will be paid 5 days before your bike dispatches from our facility. You can pick up your bike from the port or we can offer trucking delivery, which has to be paid by the customer to the trucking company. The costs for this vary depending on your location.
Returns are paid and arranged by the customer.
All import duties and customs clearances will be paid by the customer and not Rumble Motors Inc.
